RETURNS
Return requests are approved at our discretion and any misuse of our Return Policy may result in denial of the return request and being blocked from making any future purchases. Discounted and Sale Items are non-returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accommodate a return within 30 days of purchase. Please email returns@marketlibre.com and we will help you with the return process.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs + a 5% restocking fee.
Custom pieces and DIY Charms are final sale and cannot be returned.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
Your refund will exclude shipping costs & will incur a 5% restocking fee (except for a faulty item). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.
If your order has been sent to a destination within New York, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the Unites States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Exchanges made to destinations outside the US will be processed for customs clearance; any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.
